Return policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS website. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Orders placed Monday through Saturday by 2:00pm Central Time will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent by our system as well as a tracking number for your order. Then you can track the parcel in the link: www.timlandbuy.com
However if by any chance you haven't received the tracking no. after 3 days of placing your order, please send an email to our customer service help desk for the tracking info.
Exchanges/Returns
Non-physical products (such as downloadable applications content and gift certificates) cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you need to make an exchange for a different product or if you have questions, contact Customer Service and submit a request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please provide your name and order ID when contacting our customer service.
If your return request is approved, you'll be instructed as to how to return the items to our warehouse.
Once we receive your return package, we'll keep you informed of the status of the replacement order.
